Delete Your Account

App: Kerja La

If you wish to permanently delete your Kerja La account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below. This page is provided to comply with app store requirements and help you manage your account data.

� Important Warning

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data including profile information, resume, job applications, and saved jobs will be permanently deleted from our servers.

Method 1: Delete Account In-App

  1. Open the Kerja La mobile app on your device
  2. Go to your Profile tab
  3. Scroll down and Select Delete Account
  4. Read the warning and confirm your decision
  5. Tap Confirm Deletion

Your account will be deleted immediately, and you will be logged out of the app.

Method 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you're unable to access the app or prefer to request deletion via email, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to aptgsdnbhd@gmail.com
  2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  3. Include the following information in your email:
    • Your registered email address
    • Your full name (as registered in the app)
    • Your phone number (if applicable)
    • Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account

We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

We may retain certain limited records for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or as required by law. However, all personally identifiable information will be anonymized or deleted.
